The peel-off timing can take a little trial and error, but once I got the hang of it, this patch stays put through my whole workday. I've swapped out my giant pill organizer for these daily patches and actually feel more consistent with my nutrition now.

Slapping one on after breakfast is way easier than choking down a pile of pills, and I actually feel more consistent with my daily nutrients. The patch stays put through my whole workday without any skin irritation, so it's become a no-brainer part of my routine.

Three weeks in and I’m still remembering to take it daily, which never happened with my old pill bottles. The patch stays put through my morning run and showers, and the 24 vitamins cover what my diet misses.
