Finally, an iron supplement that doesn't wreck my stomach or leave that awful aftertaste. I just stick one on after my morning shower and forget about it—no pills to choke down. Three weeks in and I'm not dragging by 2 p.m. like I used to.

The metallic taste was the thing I dreaded most about iron supplements, so the fact that this patch has none is a game-changer for me. I just stick one on after my shower and forget about it, which fits perfectly into my busy mornings without the stomach upset I used to get.

I’ve been using this patch for the past month and it’s completely replaced my chalky vitamin routine. No metallic aftertaste, which is honestly the best part, and my mornings feel less sluggish without any upset stomach. Just stick it on after my shower and forget about it for the day.
