I work twelve-hour shifts and barely have time to remember vitamins, so sticking one of these on my shoulder before the morning rush has become part of my routine. It stays put through sweat and showers without any irritation, which is more than I can say for other patches I’ve tried. Three weeks in

Slapped one on before a red-eye flight and honestly forgot it was there for the entire six hours—the adhesive held up perfectly. It’s such a low-effort way to keep my routine going during chaotic travel weeks.

I've been wearing one every morning before work, and it's honestly the easiest way to keep up with immune support during these busy months. The patch sticks on clean and stays put through a full day, which surprised me given how simple it feels to apply.
