I’ve tried powders and shakes before, but this patch fits way better into my mornings—just peel it on and forget it. It’s stayed put through workouts and showers, which surprised me.

Stuck it on before my morning run and forgot it was even there until I peeled it off that night. No mixing, no measuring, just a clean peel-and-stick that stayed put through a sweaty workout. Exactly what I needed to keep my routine simple.

The peel-and-stick design is so easy I can slap one on while rushing out the door, no mixing or measuring involved. Three weeks in, it's become a steady part of my morning routine rather than a chore I skip.
